You remember what it was like during COVID, right? Isolating. Frustrating. Boring! We all felt it, but our three founders turned those lemons into lemonade when they came out of retirement to build our flagship solution, Axiom-One. They each spent a couple of decades (or so) in transportation technology, and always wanted to build an advanced analytics solution that only served the transportation industry. So they took many months of downtime to make it happen.
Who is Third Axiom?
Brian Armieri
Brian was one of MercuryGate's first employees then served as the TMS's chief technology officer for 13+ years. He's long worked at the intersection of transportation, technology, and data analytics and recently made it official with the completion of a data science certification from MIT. His 35+ year software career includes positions at Accenture and Cornell University as a developer and as a founder and C-suite leader at multiple startups.
Tim Story
Tim built his own 3PL & freight broker consulting firm then sold and merged it with Unishippers...which then merged with Worldwide Express....which then merged with GlobalTranz to create WWEX Group. Tim was one of the leaders that made this happen. He now sits on the board of SMC3 and several other transportation companies.
We refer to Lorne as our resident MIT physicist – because every startup needs one! Before jumping into the world of software engineering, Lorne fulfilled his dream of working on nuclear reactors with the U.S. Navy. He, too, eventually landed at MercuryGate as an early stage employee and ended his career at the TMS as its chief technical architect.
