This Privacy Policy describes how and when Third Axiom Solutions LLC ("we", "us", "our") collect, use, and share information when you use our software, purchase an item from us, contact us, or otherwise use our services through our software or our site thirdaxiom.com, or through microsoft.com or wix.com or any related sites and services.

We receive, collect and store any information you enter into our applications or enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

a) Microsoft Azure: Our applications are hosted on the Microsoft Azure platform. We share information with Microsoft as necessary to provide you our services and to comply with our obligations under the Microsoft Terms of Use.

b) Wix.com: Our web site is hosted on the Wix.com platform. We share information with Wix.com as necessary to provide you our services and to comply with our obligations under both the Wix.com Seller Policy and Wix.com Terms of Use.
c) Service providers: We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to our customers. We will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
d) Business transfers: If we sell or merge our business, we may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
e) Compliance with laws: We may collect, use, retain, and share your information if We have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: 
  (i) respond to legal process or to government requests; 
  (ii) enforce our agreements, terms and policies;

However, We may also be required to retain this information to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. We generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years.
